{Things I want to remember forever}
This morning the boys came truckin upstairs to see me and Beckett. After a few minutes of our regular morning catch-up time Leighton goes and makes me realize how awesome my life is.
Leighton: Mom, do you know how high I love you?
{a big smile fills my face}
Me: How high, Leighton?
{stretching his arms up and back behind him}
Leighton: As high as a dinosaur, Mom.
Seriously, folks, what better way is there to start your day than that?
Well, maybe there is just one way. Maybe not better in it's total adorableness and melt-your-heart-want-to-fly-to-the-moon way...but check this next one out.
It comes from Chase. So you can about imagine right.
Chase looks at me and I see a thought pop in his head.
He gets a little grin and runs out of the living room to do something.
He returns with a fine toothed comb.
And proceeds TO COMB MY LEGS!
That's when, as a mom, you know.........maybe it's time to bust out the shaver.

I know I about died laughing when I saw him take the comb to my legs! And if you could have seen the lightbulb go off in his head before he went and did it.....priceless!
I laughed so hard. Oh my goodness. I love that kid.
